- Is this a pyramid scheme/MLM?
- No. You don’t recruit anyone to get paid, and there’s no “downline” to join. You get paid for the work you do — closing virtual sales — full stop. If you want to build a team down the road, that door opens, but it’s a choice, never the requirement to make money here.
- Do I have to sell to my friends and family?
- No. Your warm list is not the business. We put a brand behind you and a system in front of you so you’re talking to people who already raised their hand — not cornering your cousin at Thanksgiving.
- Is this commission-only? How do I actually get paid?
- This is a performance role — you’re an entrepreneur, not an employee, and the upside reflects that. We’ll walk you through exactly how comp works on the call so you know the numbers before you ever commit. No surprises, no fine print.
- What can I realistically make?
- We don’t do hype numbers or guarantees — anyone who promises you a figure is lying. What we can show you is real people: producers like Turner did $84K. Your results are yours to earn, and we’ll be straight with you about what the work takes.
- What’s the catch?
- The catch is it’s real work. This isn’t passive income and it isn’t a get-rich-quick thing. If you show up, follow the system, and put in reps, the ceiling is high. If you’re looking for easy, this isn’t it — and we’d rather tell you now.
How it actually works
The day-to-day, straight.
- What would I actually be doing?
- You’d be a virtual insurance sales producer — connecting with people who’ve asked for help protecting their families, having real conversations, and guiding them to the right coverage. It’s done remotely, on your schedule, with a brand and a process supporting you from day one. It’s a real profession with real income, not a side hustle.
- Can I really do this fully remote / virtually?
- Yes. It’s built to be run virtually. However, we want to condense your learning curve, so we recommend spending your first 90 days in the office.
- Do I need experience or a degree?
- No degree, no prior experience required. We train you. What you bring is the drive — the rest is teachable.
- Do I need to be licensed or certified?
- Yes — you’ll need a state life insurance license to sell. It’s more approachable than people expect: a study course and a state exam, and we walk you through the whole thing. Plenty of our producers had zero background before getting licensed. We’ll cover the exact steps, timeline, and cost on the call.
- What exactly am I selling?
- Primarily life insurance and related coverage — products that protect families financially. Real needs, real people, not gimmicks.
- What does training and onboarding look like?
- You’re not thrown to the wolves. There’s a structured onboarding, ongoing coaching, and a team that’s built this before. You’ll never be figuring it out alone.
- Do you provide leads?
- We put a brand behind you — that’s the difference. We’ll cover exactly how you get in front of interested people once we talk.
Is this for me?
